Job Description: As the Region & Channel Marketing Specialist for the Marketing team located in Austin, Texas you will promote Gemalto’s products, solutions and generate business opportunities that will secure the digital lives of millions of people.

A week in the life of a Region and Channel Marketing Specialist:

  • You will develop strategies and tactics to launch iconic products onto the market and customers.
  • You will increase “share of mind” and “share of voice” by implementing a full marketing communication mix on area growth opportunities.
  • You will direct awareness and nurturing email campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads.
  • You will implement customer intimacy campaigns through direct marketing or face-to-face engagements resulting in revenue growth with the Field Marketing and Sales teams.
  • You will create copy for promotional materials.
  • You will participate in Gemalto’s official media relations, to achieve a strong voice and thought-leadership recognition in the region.
  • You will manage regional industry analyst relations, engagements and advocacy.
  • You will localize global campaigns according to regional priorities and market context.
  • You will enhance channel capabilities to increase program awareness and boost customer adoption.
  • You will manage trade shows and conferences to deliver impactful speaking opportunities, customer meetings, social and media engagements, and generate new contacts and leads.
  • You will analyze marketing programs.
  • You will utilize sales tools to shorten cycle and increase market share.
Candidate Qualities: We would like someone to join our team who is a strong communicator, people-oriented, autonomous, proactive, comfortable with technology, able to thrive in fast-paced environments, a problem solver, creative, results-oriented, business minded, team player, detail-oriented and excellent at time management.

It would be preferred if you have: experience with public relations, direct mailing and other promotional campaigns, marketing automation and client relationship management (CRM) tools.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • To succeed in this job, you must have: strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with digital marketing and social media, project management experience and sound knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media or related fields.
  • You must be proficient in English, with an emphasis on professional written English.
  • You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field.
