PRSA Austin February Luncheon

How to Win Media Hits in 2021: The State of the Media Landscape

Featuring Cision's Kristen Sala, Senior Director of U.S. Media Research and Digital Content Support

If you have tried to pitch media a story in the last year, even the last few months, then you know how difficult it has become to get a response. Even if your story is the best pitch angle you've ever had, it seems what garners reactions from reporters nowadays is entirely different than a pre-COVID-19 world. How do we pitch effectively today? What tools do we need to utilize to get the response we need for our clients? How do we reach journalists who are working from home without a phone number to call? Are DMs and LinkedIn connections really the new ways? Has media relations become secondary to your overall PR strategy? Register now for the answers to these important questions as our industry continues to evolve.

We are excited to connect you to an expert who can speak to the challenges we are facing in our current news climate. Hear from Kristen Sala who serves as the Senior Director of US Media Research and Digital Content Support at Cision, the nation's largest media and influencer database.
